- Perfect for Full to Queen or Queen to Full modifications, special projects or those odd size head-boards to fit standard bed frame, all sizes.
- The Queen Modi Plate will also convert King to California King. Modifications can be made with other applications as long as the size differential is within 4".
- Approx. size is 5" wide x 5 1/4" tall x 3-7/8" tall on shorter side.
- The BedClaw™ Modification Plates come with 2 bolts and 2 Nylock nuts each for attachment. When installing, be sure to orient the plates so no excess protrudes beyond the headboard or in a way that can cause a hazard in your bedroom.

My headboard slots were 1 1/2" too wide on both sides. Would have preferred the Hook Plate Conversion Adapter Kit. The adjustment slots on bed frame are turned in, so I reversed the adapter to the outside.
The plates come with four bolts and lock nuts. These were used to attach plate to bed frame. Had to use 4 lag screws/bolts to attach plate to headboard. Would not have been my choice, but the individual just 'had' to use the headboard.
The #65 Adapto-Hook Bolt-On to Hook-On item may have been a better choice. It has wider adjustment slots. I also considered the #35 Hook Plate Conversion Adapter. It has nice vertical slots, but no side to side adjustment. The other thing to consider is where the pins inside the headboard are located. My problem was to match the pin height with the new bed frame.
